Umm really? How uncouth is this?

So I am shopping in Marshall's and I happened upon this gentleman clipping his nails in the store. The clippings flying every whiCh way To the floor. Yes, I snapped a picture of him, hmmph!

Now that I think about it those probably were the store's finger nail clippers. {Disgusted} UGH!
